YESSIRRRRRRRR!!!!
I'm proud of you bro! You really had your foot on the gas last week.
Not only did I see an improvement in your productivity, the WORK you put out was impressive! You designed 2 logos in a week that made it to submission for a branding project. You even gave each design a different "voice" for the brand, which is one of our presentation goals.

Critiques
1. Love how you used the blue from the character as the color in "Girl."
2. The rounded edges of the letters definitely compliment the edge of the bathroom sign. Good eye.
3. The stroke on Girl is wayyyy too thin for a logo. It actually could do without the stroke.
4. The bathroom sign is pretty traditional, it would be cool to see her coming out of the sign a little bit, or even posed to pick up a letter as if it was a store item.
5. Shadow should be moved to the right slightly, to align with the right bottom edge of the bathroom sign.
Overall: 7/10
Great work on this logo. Simple, yet effective. Just watch your craftmanship, and continue to think outside the box, pushing your creativity.

Critiques
1. Man! I'm a big fan of how you used the heads looking away in a line like that. For me, it screams "lift our voices", "women empowerment" etc
2. The color scheme works really well together. The color scheme of all of the figures, and the face-to-hair color schemes as well. Nice!
3. The craftmanship of the hair can use some work, specifically the bottom left, but I would like to see realistic hairstyles to really pump up the feminine qualities of the brand.
4. The bottom of the faces should be consistent, i do like the shape of the neck in the 3rd figure (blue).
5. Love the colorful approach to the logo, the vibrant colors speak to the variety of products they offer, and is identifiable to the design for sure.
Overall: 6.5/10
This logo I really liked artistically, but it could use some work to match the personality of the brand a little better.
New Technique: Shape Builder Tool (Shift+M)
With the shape builder tool, You can take your shapes that are overlapping, and cut them where they overlap at. I use this when I want to take a complicated design, and simplify it into clean, movable shapes to make the logo or design more cleaner and professional.
